The Sales Report allows you to print sales information within a date or period range.
This Section Includes:
Filters
- Complete the following filters as needed.

- Invoice Date: Select the invoice date range from which you want to view sales information. Additional date filters may appear depending on what option you choose.

- Periods: Select the periods from which you want to view sales information.
- Revenue Centers
- Items: Select the items upon which you want to report.
- States
- Sources
- Divisions: There is a filter for each division you have set up in Preferences.
Options
- Complete the following options as needed.

- Change Appearance? - Check the box in order to change the font type and size. There is also a drop-down option to control the white space between the columns by a percentage.
- Banded Rows?

Report Type:
- Detail - The following columns are displayed for each customer: Customer with City State, Date, Invoice #, Description, and Amount. All detail is broken down by the Sort By selection (see below). The Sales Report Summary is also included after all of the detail pages.
- Summary - A breakdown for each category type is displayed for each State, Source, and Division.

Report Options
- Print Commissioned Items Only
- Print Non-Commissioned Items Only - A “commissioned item” is an item that currently has the Commission checkbox checked in Item Information.
- Print All Items

- Export To Excel - You are prompted to download an .xslx file containing your sales information.
Report:
- Click the Run Report button to generate a preview of the report. Refer to the Report Preview help page for more information. Click the Clear Preferences link to reset all of your report preferences to their default values if needed.
- Click the Close Report button to return to the dashboard.
