The Statement of Functional Expense Audit is designed to meet Auditor's needs. Multiple report type views are available.
NOTE: This report only shows accounts that had activity between the first Period of the selected Fiscal Year and the selected Period in Current Financial Settings (top right).
Options
- Complete the following options as needed.

- Change Appearance? - Check the box in order to change the font type and size. There is also a drop-down option to control the white space between the columns by a percentage.
- Banded Rows?

- Report Type:

- # Decimals for Percents: Choose from the drop-down list.
- Print Whole Dollars?
- Print In Landscape?:

Export - These options are dependent on the Report Type selected.

Report
- Click the Run Report button to generate a preview of the report. Refer to the Report Preview help page for more information. Click the Clear Preferences link to reset all of your report preferences to their default values if needed.
- Click the Close Report button to return to the dashboard.
