Project List

The Project List report allows you to print out all of your projects and their setup information.

Filters

  1. Complete the following filters as needed.
    • Date - Select the time frame from which you want to view projects. Additional date filters may appear depending on what option you choose.

    • Companies - Use this filter to select which (or all) companies from whom to display project information.
    • Show Inactive Projects

Options

  1. Complete the following options as needed.
    • Change Appearance? - Check the box in order to change the font type and size. There is also a drop-down option to control the white space between the columns by a percentage.
    • Banded Rows?
    • Report Options:
      • Print Setup Information
      • Print Notes
      • Print Companies Selected
      • Sort By:
        •  Project #
        • Name
    • . For each project the following columns are displayed:
  • Project #
  • Name
  • Active
  • Begin Date
  • End Date
  • Max Total

Report

  1. Click the Run Report button to generate a preview of the report. Refer to the Report Preview help page for more information. Click the Clear Preferences link to reset all of your report preferences to their default values if needed. 
  2. For each project the following columns are displayed:
    • Project #
    • Name
    • Active
    • Begin Date
    • End Date
    • Max Total
  1. Click the Close Report button to return to the dashboard.
