1098s

The 1098s report allows you to print a 1098 edit list. The ability to print 1098 forms will be added in a future update.

Filters

1. Complete the following options as needed.

• • Calendar Year
  • Report Type:
    • Edit List - The Edit List allows you to review your 1098 detail before generating the forms themselves.
    • Print only customers meeting minimum dollar amounts if you want to only view customers who paid a certain amount of interest.
    • Minimum Amounts - Used to specify the minimum interest amount a customer must have paid in order to show up on the edit list report.

For each vendor the 1098 Edit List displays the following information in addition to final totals:

• Customer
• Account #
• Social Security #
• Interest
• Box #
• 1098 to be Printed
• Print 1098s
• Print only customers meeting minimum dollar amounts?
• Minimum Amount

Options

1. Complete the following report options as needed.

• • Form Type:
    • Blank NELCO Forms
    • Preprinted Forms
  • Form to Print
    • Universal
    • 2 Up
  • Print 1096 after 1098s finish?

Reports

1. Click the Run Report button to generate a preview of the report. Refer to the Report Preview help page for more information.
